June 22, The Dongliu Automation Technology manufacturing project has successfully secured the land parcel. The project is located on Plot No. 6, west of Industry Avenue in the Central Industrial Park of Lechou Subdistrict (Longzhou Road Headquarters Economy Corridor). Covering approximately 14.74 mu of land, with a total investment projected at RMB 130 million, the project will establish an intelligent manufacturing base for air-source heat and refrigeration equipment, integrating smart production-line workshops, innovative R&D laboratories, and a headquarters‑level operations and management building.
